It is with sadness that we have to announce the death of Bill Townley. For many years Bill was sales director here at Ashtree and after his retirement from full time work he continued to work part time as an agent for the north west of England and the island of Ireland. Bill was known to many people throughout the trade and his warmth and dry sense of humour made him many friends over a long career.
Bill is survived by his wife, Cathy, daughters Lorraine, Lisa, Catherine and nine grandchildren.
